Six scientific students from JFK were winners in the school’s science fair, advancing to compete at the Brookhaven National Laboratory Elementary School Science Fair on May 7 against representatives from schools across Suffolk County.

The JFK science winners were third-graders Cassidy Boltz and Aiden Magali, fourth-graders Ava Gutierrez and Mia Skoubas, and fifth-graders Alexis Adragna and Michelle D’Antonio.

“I am so proud of all the students that had the curiosity and determination to ask a big question, conduct the research and reach an amazing conclusion,” said science lab coordinator Joyce Carmen.
