May Moore Math and Science Carnival Explores Exciting STEM Activities
With the help of math lab teacher Sue Mehr and parent volunteers, students at May Moore recently explored science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics hands-on activities at the school’s annual Math and Science Carnival, including coding, magnetism, chemical reactions, estimation and the concept of buoyancy. To conclude the Carnival, May Moore’s Parent Faculty Club treated the students to an exciting Mad Science assembly that taught them all about sound waves.
