HS Baseball Standouts Sign for College

In a June 7 ceremony in the school library, high school seniors and standout athletes Robert Belotti and Thomas Nacchia signed national letters of intent to play baseball in college this fall.

Belotti, a pitcher, will attend SUNY Farmingdale. He is currently undecided on a major.

“They have a great baseball team and great educational system,” said Belotti on his selection of Farmingdale.

Nacchia, who plays outfield, will attend SUNY Maritime College in the Bronx, majoring in international transportation and trade.

“The school has great job placement after graduation,” said Nacchia of his choice.
