Polar Bear Recreational Swim 2011
Drop off fun swim program for students only, K-6
Confirmed RSVP and signed consent form required.
> Sign in begins at 9:15 AM and ends at 9:30 AM
> $5.00 per day per participant to be paid at drop off
PREPAYMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
> Sign out and pick up begins at 11:30 AM and MUST be completed by 11:45 AM (*additional charges will apply for late pick up)
Program Offered Saturdays December 3rd, 10th and 17th ONLY
You may choose to request one, two or all three dates to participate, BUT please list in order of preference in case all requests cannot be accomodated. This is NOT swimming lessons, the program is meant for children to have an opportunity to play in the pool with friends under the supervision of lifeguards (posted both in and and out of the water) while parents have time to make holiday preparations or just have a chance to sit and have a quiet cup of coffee or an uninterrupted hot shower.
No child will be permitted without a signed form submitted and kept on file at the Aquatic Center. To initially RSVP you can email Aquatic Director Jeanne-Marie Kavanagh. You may "snail mail", scan and email or drop off the form your child received at school at the time of attendance.
