Advanced Levels

 Group Youth Learn to Swim - Advanced levels for school aged swimmers up to age 13

School aged swimmers at Advanced levels can also enroll in Youth Fitness Swim through their senior year of high school. Enroll older beginner / intermediate swimmers in TASI. 

To have your child's skill level assessed prior to enrolling, please ask for an evaluation before the season registration date at public swim hours. If a child is found to be enrolled in a class that is potentially unsafe or not an appropriate challenge, changes will be made. Every effort will be made to properly accommodate that child by switching class, but withdrawal will be recommended for safety if accommodations cannot be made. 

Spring has a NEW schedule! This NEW schedule is the best we can offer this session due to staffing challenges. BUT, you may be able to have your other child / children swimming back to back with your advanced swimmer in this schedule! Enrollment is limited by space available and staff to student ratios. This is a 6-day session of 1/2 hour small group instruction. 

Saturday Classes are scheduled April 6, 13, 20 and May 4, 11, 18 (NOT April 27)

Registration Fees: Deer Park Residents: $40  / Non-Residents: $80 per student

1. Email enrollment requests for THIS swimmer AND any other children from your family who wish to enroll in Saturday programs this season by March 21st. kavanagh.jm@deerparkschools.org
Requests MUST include (copy and paste filled in your answers recommended):

  • Participant's Name, age and date of birth
  • The mailing address for this family
  • First and second choice of class 

2. You will receive confirmation by email reply with an attached fact sheet including any current guidelines. DO NOT attend without confirmation.

3.  Registration forms (for your family) are to be verified and signed with payments collected in person at the first attended for this class.    

Seasonal Session Fee: Deer Park Resident $40 per adult/child pair, Non-Resident $80 per adult/child pair

Parent observation from within the pool area permitted only on the first day and the last day of classes to minimize distractions, to enhance the safety of all participants and to comply with Health Dept. requirements.
