Deer Park High School sent 68 students to participate in DECA’s Suffolk County Regional Competition this winter, competing against over 1,000 students from 26 other Suffolk schools for spots at this year’s state conference. In Deer Park’s most impressive showing over the past 20 years, 41 of these students received trophies, with another four students earning honorable mention. The team was guided by DECA adviser Gregory Menig.

The award winners went on to compete in New York DECA’s State Career Conference, held March 6-8 at the Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center in Rochester.
